    Default 03 AWD fuse box

    Hi Team.
    I have a 2003 AWD VR. 290k
Aircon fan recently stopped working as well as heating core behind the dash, leaking coolant into the passenger side floor. First time i have had to do this so just looking for advice/guidance.
Issue #1. I Am thinking of bypassing the core as i dont want to rip out the dash.
Issue#2 For the aircon fan issue i have traced it back further to the fuse box. Fuse is dead and additionally underneaththe fuse has black charring and new fuses are not working either. Before i rip out the fuse box Am i able to fix the fuse box at all or should i straight up get a new one?

Any help would be much appreciated.
    Cheers

I would do this as an interim measure urgently as the was the water leaks from the core can damage one of the ECUs under the dash that controls transmission - see here https://www.aussiemagna.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=106127
