There was an interesting article on consumer satisfaction and reliability survey results, which car companies try to hide. Mitsubishi cars have done quite well. Outlander tops the small SUV category, Colt, 380 & Pajero have been above the average levels for their respective classes. While Lancer was below the average level for it’s class.

There are many reasons for lower 380 sales, things like lack of ESC & curtain airbags, lower engine power output, interior plastics, front grill of the base model, wait for series 3 …….
