Well, had to replace light bulbs and so had to disconnect the battery and resetting the trip computer. I am now getting between 11.8 and 12.0 per 100kms. This is mainly due to driving behaviour. I am no longer accelerating off the lights and then slamming on the brakes 100m down the road. Just driving with traffic and taking the foot off the accelerator in anticipation of slowing/stopping.

Daily Trip:
Morning (8:30 - 9:15) - Home to daughter's school (1.3km of winding 50 zones and a bit of 25 zones) and then to work (3.8km of 50, 8.7km of 60, 6.8km of 70 and 0.5km of 80).
Afternoon (17:45 - 18:15) - Work to home (1.9km of 50, 9.6km of 60 and 4.5km of 70).
Ave speed is 34km/hr.
DTE: 540km.

Note that the ave speed was also 34km/hr when the usage was at 14.5L/100 on the same routes.
