White TH Magna Paint Codes...

Hi,
Can everyone with a white TH (1999) Magna please post their paint codes here?

I'm looking at getting some colour coded parts off a TH to fit to my TJ but want to make sure the paint is going to match.

I believe the white paint code for my TJ is WG(?) - Mawson White(?)

I've found the answer to my question:

In the TH range the whites were, Paris wp,, Mawson wg,,and Cocoon ka ( pearl
) These colours went through to the TJ range except the Paris white...

Hi Akko, I don't know how experienced you are with painting (I am a novice) but be careful as with my white TF I tried to do a small colour match job myself and my code was 'WP' (- Paris White) but then the work was actually being done the colours were noticeably different. I don't really have much of a suggestion for this apart from talking with other members who have a better idea with colour matching or by going to a panel/paint shop and get info on auto colours and matching. Just a word of caution. Good luck, Neil

I'm still trying to narrow this down, I'm hoping that TH Executives only came out in one of the three available shades of white. dunno how lucky i'm going to be though...

Worse case if the parts look out of place or the paint doesn't match 100% I guess I can get them repainted to suit.

the kit on my car is painted in mawson white.... definatly doens't match... i think the factory colour is called sarajevo or something

Asylum, would the age difference in the paint alone account for the colour difference do you think? or is you paint code not WG ?

yeah the age difference could have had a impact aswell, but i'm pretty sure mine is WP? i'll check 2moro.. and the shop was pretty sure it was Mawson, (but the kit is for a TJ, so i guess they assumed i had a TJ) so i'm not 100% sure if it was painted correctly and the age is the difference or if it was painted Mawson... i wish i had the time to leave the car with them so they could paint and fit it themselves...

Doesn't matter if you have a TH or TJ, the code for Mawson White is WG, or atleast according to my local mitsu dealership it is, as per above the colours were carried over between the models.

I always wondered why that bottle of touch-up paint i bought with the correct paint code (WG) never matched the WG that is my car.

Akko what are you trying to colourcode?

Surely it must be cheaper to have them painted than get replacement parts???
