I drove from Ipswich to Mackay and back, via Bundaberg - 2265km in total, and I averaged 8.5L/100km.
I last filled up in Rockhampton, drove home, via Bundaberg and the fuel light just started to flicker about 5 minutes from home - 730km travelled.

With the 71l tank, 800 km = minimum economy of 8.8l/100km (tank dry)

Easy to achieve on a long trip with a steady foot and maintained car.

My best in our old 3l TF was 7 l/100km Melbourne to Adelaide. This equals 1014km range.

The 380 7.8l/100km equals 871km from the tank.

    Our Hyundai i40 diesel 4.9l / 100 km = 1428km off 70 litres
