    Default PCV valve location/replacement

    Hello,

I'm trying to replace the PCV valve on my TJ sports, can't find it on the manual.
    Can anyone point it out??

    Thanks

It's the one dead centre in your photo, on the rocker cover opposite the oil cap.

While on this, does anyone know where I can source new lines that run to this valve, and the one between the rocker covers, and the third one that looks like a breather hose, runs from the top of the rear bank?

They've all gone brittle and cracked in half on removal, so i'm stuck without them.

PS: PVC valves from dealers used to be $90+ and about $15 from Repco, but it's been a while since I bought one so things might have changed.

I paid around $28 for valve and grommet from repco about 2 year ago, they bent me over on the price of the grommet, from memory around 9 bucks. I'm still in shock.

Thanks, I'll send him an e-mail. I just bought lifters from him on eBay.

Thanks all, assume it's just a plug/unplug. I'm hoping this might treat some of my engine oil consumption.

Circled below. Re hoses, AFAIK the OEM hoses are no longer available but can be bought by the metre. Check with Mal at Mitsfix (Madmagna in Quick Links > View Forum Leaders)
