380 Ticking noise

The timing belt tensioner isn't supplied by the engine oil system, it's filled with grease, there are no oil pipes connected to the timing belt tensioner.
The rocker cover oil leak will be the silicon gasket which work hardens due to the heat. The only way to fix it is replace with a good quality one from Mitsfix, they also supply the plug tube seals all in one kit.
Be careful when tightening the rocker cover it's a very small torque figure for the bolts (can't remember but there will be reference to it on the forum).

3.5 Newton meter(Nm) only.

Use a 1/4" torque wrench.
