    I have the TL as seen in the Avatar (Wagon 2003 - Auto) All city driving most trips being shorter that 20ks. When I have tested it is 13 to 14 liters per 100. We often have roof racks on too.
    But went to Melbourne last Christmas - roof racks off - under 9 liters per 100.
