No problem, great work. Good to have your input.

I got the same part numbers as you when I was doing my research, too.

Koni sports yellow part nos: 8641-1443sport & 8040-1299 sport
Boges part nos: 32-M46-A, 32-M47-A and for the rear 28-A71-A
KYBs part nos: 334272, 334271 and for the rear 341274
OK thanks for that info. With a few working at this we should get an accurate answer. How are the Koni red (special "D" ) going? I like Konis for handling but over many years have had issues with some leaking prematurely, probably due to poor quality control I expect.

What have members experiences with Koni yellow sports been?

    Cheers,
    Alan

I purchased the reds 2nd hand some time ago, not sure of how many kms on them. I've had them in 2 cars now & have done around 75,000kms.

They're still going good, but I think they're up for a rebuild soon. The last time they were out of the car, (5,000kms ago), one appeared to have what sounded like air in it, rather than oil. I'll be getting them rebuilt as soon as I can find a spare set of shocks & springs for the car. I'll post up how I get on. Hopefully it's not too far gone.

Have been about for ages supplying Merc, BMW, even early VW.

Now part of Sachs and ZF. Some will be branded Sachs-Boge, some Sachs, some Boge

    Cheers,
    Alan
