Eventually i plan to get some spare door sills and paint them chrome, and stencil mitsubishi on them in red. Just haven't gotten round to it yet.

Yeh i was going to do that, but if you've ever pulled the plate off you'll see there's nearly no room underneath itOriginally Posted by Pete

bugger
well maybe you could build them up a bit. you would only need a light under it

Or get a light source similar to whats used in those "EL stickers" that Anthony was selling in the for sale section recently.Originally Posted by Pete

yeah, i think its possible to do something like a light-up one...tiny tiny LEDs..(except they're direction, which don't give a uniform distribution) or that EL wire stuff...which is expensive and quie annoying.
use one of the holes for feeding wire thru (just dont put a clip there)..cutting out MITSUBISHI will be hard..and finding something to fill the space with (opaque plastic or something) will be even harder.
The biggest misconception about me is that I'm angry and violent. But I'm a real sweetie.
thats the smart way to do it... EL sheeting will set u back a couple of dollars though.. but u can get it in heaps of colorsOriginally Posted by Black Beard
