Auto Trans Coolers

Hi Everyone,

Just wondering what type of setup people use to extend the factory auto trans coolers in an AWD TJ?

As in:
- How do you hook the lines up? Sizes of fittings etc...
- What size of cooler is suitable for the job?

This is for a car that I have been using in small Rally events. I have been told I should run one, just seeing if I can make it abit easier by seeing what you legends have done first.

I bought a cheap finned cooler core off ebay and got some barbed fittings and hose from enzed and then just plumbed it in so it goes through the radiator then into the cooler and back into the trans. fairly easy to do worst part is mounting the core with the bar still on
