awd full service help needed!!!!

hey i was wondering if any one had any info on how to change my awd's diff and transfer oil?
also any tips or hints would be awsome. its done 140000kms timing belt was done at 110000kms so i would like to empty the whole car and put fresh oil in everything but i need help on where and how
