I have just stumbled upon a link to what I would term a technical archive for FWD cars.

When the forum underwent some changes in September 2017, easier access to technical information prior to that time was lost.
The above link goes part of the way to overcoming this problem, and provides another way to find information.
Just in case anyone did not know - to search within an archive page use "Ctrl f".
A search bar will appear in the top right corner.
Type in your search term.
Take page 70 for example - if you use "ctrl f" and type in "exhaust", it will show 8 individual threads.
Or page 97 for example "muff(ler)" results in 7 threads.
It makes searching of older material easier.
