    Default transmission drain plug bolt

I recently brought a reco auto off Mal from mitsfix, had it fitted up by dads mechanic.

Now the issue I'm having is that I've noticed recently I'm getting a slight oil leak, had a look underneath its all on the auto, sourced out where its leaking from, turns out its the drain plug bolt wasn't tight. So i've tightened that back up, and about a week later its still seeping, like 2 drips in about 3 hours?

What could be the issue? could it be the drain bolt washer is no good? Would it be best just to buy a new drain plug bolt?
because the auto was reco'd so i assume the people who reco'd it would have put a new seal on the bolt, and was also told by munkeymanz that theres a valve ont he auto somewhere that maybe the issue, anyone could help me out would be much appreciated, cheers.

    Cheers,
    Chow

Why not take it back to Mal to look at before coming to the forum?
