Hey guys, for about six months i've been having problems with my front left door's central locking. Its hooked up to my alarm and everytime i open the doors it either won't open or when i lock my doors it won't close. you have to open and close it like 2 -3 times before it does it. It was really slow and now its completely died.
Im guessing its just the motor.... any idea's?
Maybe it's a wire glitch. Ask a car electrician to check your wiring. Hope it helps!
I had the same problem in my TE however it started happening with more than one door. I would have to open it, then lock it etc and on the second or third go the door would open.
Eventually both fronts died so I went to mitsu (Needed a new remote key anyway). I bought the new remote as I had worn out the rubber on mine and had the mitsu guy synchronise it to the car for me. From then on they all worked fine till I got rid of the car.
Maybe worth a look??
