Default Good "bolt on" mods for Verada/Magna 3.5l 6g74???

Title pretty much says it all
Seen a few posts about the 3.8(75) intake being "modded" for the 3.5 (74) but can not for the life of me find an instructional write up.
    Basically I wanna know
What requires modifying to make it fit 74? Do I need new throttle cable? Are the mating surfaces the same? Does the 3.5 tb bolt on no fuss or does it need "adjustments"? Do the runners port match the stock lower intake manifold? Is it the whole upper and lower parts? If not are there beneficial options available? And probably other potential problems or notes would be awesome

Also what about cams? Should I try find some 380 cams or get mine reground? Will the tbelt still fit? Should I be looking for another kind?

Are there any proven and tested exhaust systems that give proper results? Is aftermarket or a magna sports better?

Lastly ECU in KE do I need to reloom half the car or will a newer model retrofit in plugnplay style?

Ultimately I want a little more punch for the missus but still be streetable without spending 2.5k+ on engine conversions or boosting. Any thoughts and recommendations are appreciated.
    Cheers

Modding the intake requires cutting the 75 throttle plate off and welding the 74 one on. Im not sure if it make anymore/much more power on the 74 people usually do it for the 75 conversion from what ive seen.
extractors make very little noticable difference as does changing the exhaust only makes it droney and obnoxious.
380 cams are probably the best mod for making extra power on a 74 without forced induction.
No point really in a later model ecu the early one is reflashable as far as i know.
Truth is there isnt very much more to be made from the 74 without boost. 75 conversion is probably best as the 75 in factory trim in the 380 was very limited by emissions etc potential for 170+kw is achievable.

The rear exhaust muffler from a magna sports will add around 13kw to the output. Making sure you have a fully functional Oxy sensor will also assist.

The KE ECU isn't able to be changed with a later one without a new engine harness (and MAF as they are different) and then you will need to update the entire car wiring loom and all the plug in equipment as electrically, the later cars are totally different. Nothing from a H series onwards will help you here.

If you want to rebuild the car as a later model electrically, go for a 5 speed gearbox as it has the extra gear between the 4 speed 1-2. So launch is better and its generally a much nicer drive.

I would simply cut and run and buy a later model though. If you still want an auto verada, buy a KJ GTV as this has the sports engine with cams, the 5 speed auto and sports suspension (and exhaust)

    Im not sure sorry.

Ive done extractors and rear muffler on mine and i can tell you it didnt give me a '13kw' gain 5-7 max.

Source a wrecked 380 and do the swap honestly more worth it than putting money into a 74 but if you do cams make sure to do your timing belt while youve got it apart.

In 2001 Mitsubishi added the cam profiles of the Sports engines to the regular engine. This bumped the output to 150kw and the only difference was the exhaust system for the 13kw. The extractors aren't necessary or included in the Sports or VRX, they are the same cast headers as the rest of the range.

Cams for the Magna Ralliart & 380 are pretty much the same, and the Ralliart didn't have gobs more power than an ordinary Magna, so don't expect 380 cams to make a world of difference, either. Plus, some of the increased Ralliart power was due to the exhaust.

Pretty surprised you think it needs extra power, for a daily driver. I've got a 2003 model 3.5l with 240k kms, and i've never thought it lacked power. Might be worth looking at some maintenance items first that may be dragging it down fuel filters are often left untouched for years leaving the poor engine struggling to suck anything through.
