most insurance companys only allow 30mm lowering and rims no wider than the widest available. So 7" is the max allowed for magnas (since the vrx and sports use 7" wide rims.

Don't know if this applies to you but I spoke to RACV recently and found out that they will only let me lower my car 25mm :x
time to shop around me thinks.
