380 SERIES III Steering wheel audio controls not working

Hi Everyone,
This is my first post and I need some help. The buttons on the steering wheel to control the audio system have stopped working. Is this an easy fix? Thank you in advance.

It may well be the clock spring. Something which personally, I’d have replaced by an auto electrician - just because of the potential to blow your steering wheel airbag or give yourself an SRS check light.

I’d start by pulling out the radio and checking all the connections at the back. Is it a stock radio setup?
