lights in analogue tf air con unit

how do i change the lights in my tf aircon unit it is a analogue unit with the cables and pulleys i did red leds in cluster and now want to do the aircon controls

pull the bulbs out and replace with T5 LED globes?
Its not too hard, discconect the cable from the top vent control from in the drivers footwell, it'll be on the side of the heater box, then you can pull the vents out.
Then pull out the centre console trim, ashtray and the centre fascia plate will come out.
The heater controls have 2 screws at the top where they join the fascia plate, undo them and it'll come away from the plate staying in the car.
You can squeeze your hands in there to change the bulbs, or just disconnect the other remaining cables and take the whole peice out.
