Hi all, I'm a bit late to the party having only bought my first Magna a year ago. It's now become a bit of a project to fix it each weekend.

It's a 1994 TS Magna sedan. Currently has 173,000kms on the clock. Runs great.

Anyway, I spotted this item sitting on the firewall around about center of the engine bay:



It looks like a sensor. Can someone please tell me what it is? It's only being held in place by a single yellow/white wire. Is it meant to be mounted in something else?
