I was really interested to get a feel for my economy in the TW (Vapour Injected) after I had it dyno tuned for more power, I filled up with gas at nudgee and drove to Gympie to pick up a set of numberplates. And returned and filled at the same station. Doing Mostly 110, some 100 and some 80 always with the AC on and through about 25% wet roads. With a couple of stops and a few bursts of speed as well.

    I drove 340 km's and used 35.01 litres of gas ($19.56).

    Very happy with that.
BTW the plates were 380LPG, and turned up at the Hyundai dealer in Gympie. . I've been looking for these for ages, They cost me $23.00

Has anyone successfully intergrated their lpg fuel guage with the existing petrol fuel guage on a 380?

I was thinking of converting through them as they gave me the cheapest quote on the same system. Can I please ask why? Please PM me if it's unsuitable to post here.

Wow - my wagon's donut tank holds 60l of water and 46l of LPG. Wish I had your bigger tank (well I did when we were driving around Australia last year. Towing range was only 250 km.

    Hey craney.
It varies on how much you can put in it. Sometimes when its empty i can only get 45 L in it and sometime i can get 55L in it. I have found it depends on the angle the car is on when filling it. I have heard they have a fairly basic float guage in the to trigger the cut out. I'm guessing this is why the angle affects how much you can put in.

I'm thinking about getting a gas system but not sure on what style of tank to get.
I like the idea of the donut tank, but would be constantly worried about flat tyres i think.
I rekon i could get the big one in the boot, i barely use my boot.

could i get some opinions on what you think is best?

and also, i'm looking at getting an ezygas svi system, could i get some opinions on that too?

    Thanks

I don't know where you are, Type40, but if in Sydney, AVOID the LPG fitter in Marrickville. He's the only one there.

    Personal choice for gas tank.

Ask yourself though, when was the last time you used your spare? Also, do you have road side cover?

As for ezygas SVI systems, they are a great system. Very neat and relaible. Ask Dave(type40) if you want any further info.
