On TL/TW, I can guarantee that the connector you are looking for is behind the lower plastic covering underneath the dashboard just in front of your left knee as you are sitting in the drivers seat.

By using this extension cable, which I have not needed to do as the car is running perfectly, it will be easier to ground pin #1.
