    Default Replace blower/heater resistor > 2007 380 Series II

Hi team. I think I need to replace the subject part but have heard there is a plastic vent that needs to be cut to access the resistor located behind the glovebox. What is the best way to replace???

Any help would be awesome!!!!!! Cheers

Thank you. The below makes me nervous because that is what the wrecker just said regarding access to the replacement resistor!!! They also talk about the manual in the post - i'm guessing its the iso. file and not the general car manual.

"To replace you take the glove box out and so as to get access to the top of the fan box, you then hope you have tripple jointed wrists as the unit is located behind one of the air ducts, almost impossible to get to. When we wreck the cars here we simply cut the plastic out of the way but with a good car you are not able to do that".

Took off all the panels and moved the obstructing duct slightly out of the way but still can’t see the transistor (part 2). Can only see the top of part 1. Have photos but not sure how to post them.
