have a look at the black case over the fuses it should have little white symbols that represent what each fuse does, i am guessing it may be the one with the little picture of the key for accesories? do your intirior lights work? i am only going off a 3rd gen magna so it cant be much different, and if all else fails pull every fuse out one at a time and check if the fuse wire is burnt

edit:when you say it ''seems'' have you tested the socket with a test light?
