IIRC all center displays are matched with the dash cluster, so in order to have one you'd have to change the other too. Madmagna is probably the guy to ask for this, he's the resident expert on the different looms.
You can change the centre display to one with a clock but you will need to chage the upper cluster, now here is teh clincher
The loom is attached with plastic clips behind the airvents with the later TJII models. You can actually get the correct Verada Harness and just pop it in with the one that is there and leave your old one in place. As you have the TJII series you do not need to take out the complete dash to do the change over either. It is a little fiddly but certainly can be done without too much trouble
Now from memory there will not be an issue with the fuel guage howver I am able to easily do a test here on a car I already have the dash out of the AWD I have here and this clock from the Verada
I do have a clock and harness in stock as well if you are really after one
Search around as I recall this one was discussed a while ago (within the last 18 months) - would probably require some re-wiring from memory.
One more recent discussion was about fitting a thermometer behind the display panel in replace of the existing electronics. Like these 2 units from Jaycar: https://www.jaycar.com.au/productView.asp?ID=XC0118 and https://www.jaycar.com.au/productView.asp?ID=XC0116
