Default HELP TO REMOVE FRONT BUMPER BAR ON TJ MAGNA beginners

I have found one guide but it's very detailed

I really need a dumbed down beginners version of what tools needed how many bolts or screws needed to remove.. Is it easy job.. I don't want to break anything i have to go UPULLIT find the right parts and take them off myself which i have never done before i need the help to remove the front bumper bar that's number 1.

I think the fender is pretty easy i can see the bolts easily enough.

I have a small socket set i think it goes up to 12mm

    Thanks guys.

** was going to think about stripping the TJ ADVANCE but it's such a clean car id rather fix it up bit by bit **

From memory (it's been a while) there are a couple of small bolts just in front of each wheel, between the front guard and the bumper, I think 10mm or 12mm. There's also a series of those plastic clips that need a Philips head screwdriver to remove joining the plastic inner guard to the bumper, and you may need to remove the stone guard from under the radiator (mine was missing already ). There there are two big bolts accessible from under the nose, joining the metal reinforcing bar inside the plastic bumper to the ends of the front chassis rails. These will be bigger than 12mm, from memory something like 17mm, and an extension on the socket might be a handy thing to have. If possible, borrow a better socket set that goes up to at least 17mm and bring a couple of screwdrivers of different sizes and types to Upullit and you'll be able to figure it out, there's nothing tricky.

Removing the plastic bumper from the reo bar is also fairly simple once it's off the car (if you need to), just be aware that you'll probably break a few of those nasty Philips head plastic clip things so grab a few spares at Upullit
