My 2002 Mirage has central locking with a remote control. It's progressively failed over the past few months (passenger door first and then driver's).

I have replaced the "gun" style actuators on both doors. The passenger door has a two wire connection and the drivers door has four wires connecting to the loom and a fifth earth wire.

But it's still not working. The doors won't lock, and if manually locked, the remote's unlock button will only unlock the drivers door.

The wiring diagram in my Gregory's book does not represent the wiring in the car - the book does not show five wires in the drivers actuator and it does show wires going to the door key locks (there are no wires to the key locks in the car).

Any ideas?

I've poked about up under the dash and there's nothing obviously loose.
