I think most DIYs end up HERE

I will also be doing a side skirt and rear bar/lights/reo removal guide soon.

OK, I went down to Paceway Mitsubishi and bought a new Magna Reo Bar (Part number For TJ MY02: AW334513).

As lowrider explained, the Magna Reo bar does in fact only have 4 bolts holding it together.

POI: Verada Reo bar is 3 pieces whereas the Magna is only 1.

and a closer look at where the bolts are located:

This sort of stuff is just another reason the 5 image per post is a anoying, useless rule.

Was yours like this, or was it different all together?

Ive also been told that the reo bar was upgraded in the TH series, which carried through the TJ Series, im guessing these versions might be closer to my KJ example.

However, the Verada has a much bigger reo bar than a Magna, so it may be different altogether.
its hard to tell, from the pics, but i didnt want to attempt it, i knew that i had to take off the reo bar anyway, so i did it all in one hit, rather than fideling around trying to take the bumper off the reo, while it was still on the car. but im pretty sure u cant seperate the two untill its off the car, unless some one hear can prove me wrong
